BTCCSquare news:

The United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has granted ClearToken approval to operate a regulated settlement platform for cryptocurrencies and tokenized assets. This MOVE positions London as a hub for institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure, with ClearToken's CT Settle platform enabling delivery-versus-payment (DvP) settlements across crypto, stablecoins, and fiat currencies.

The authorization comes as the UK accelerates its digital asset strategy, combining FCA oversight with potential Bank of England sandbox testing. Institutional participants gain risk-reduced settlement mechanics modeled after traditional FX markets, eliminating pre-funded account requirements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
